14 July, 2026 would mark our 12th year in beekeeping at D'Bilut Agrofarm and of our brand name. We are celebrating this with a brand new collection we passionately call the Bilut Valley Botanica Collection. It is a series of our local Malaysian honey infused with seven different flavours of selected citrus fruits and spices, namely tangy Lemon, the all-time favourite, exotic Lime, joyful Orange, warm Cinnamon, comforting Clove, spicy Ginger and the beautiful scent of Fennel.

The Bilut Valley Botanica Honey Collection

We begin with the introduction of the Clove Infusion, in which real clove essence is used, and with seven real cloves added to each jar. We love the aroma of star anise too, so we add one or two pods to each jar to amplify the flavour and scent of the honey. The result is a beautifully sweet but warm aroma that almost smells like perfume. The aroma is already so alluring, the taste completes the whole journey of the Botanica experience.

Cloves are so much loved for both its aroma and taste, and combined with honey, it is absolutely delightful. Just a teaspoon of the Clove Infusion will elevate your tea, waffles, pancake, scones or even make a simple drink of Clove Infusion, just mix the honey with cold or warm water.
